A couple of days have passed since I made my order and I have not received anything yet. What should I do?

Please send an email to info@meliestore.com, with your name and order number. Within 48 hours, we will contact you back.

Are out of stock products restocked?

If an item is sold out, we will try our best to restock it and make it available again as quickly as possible. If not, the product will not be available again, it will be removed from our online store.

Can I receive Melie news, the latest updates and promotions?

Yes. Just subscribe to our newsletter. You can also select which of your favorite brands you wish to receive updates from, so we can send you communications with all updates on your preferences.

I forgot my password. How can I recover it?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it on the Login field. After filling the form, you will receive an email with instructions on how to recover your password. Just follow the steps. We recommend that you always check your spam mailbox.

I did not receive a confirmation e-mail of my order. How can I be sure that the order has been through?

Can I remove a product from my order?
