HOW TO ORDER

  • Select the desired category in our online store (clothing, shoes, etc.), then the desired type of article.
  • You can view the products in detail by clicking over the image. You can also read the thorough product description, the composition and the fitting. Then select your desired size and add it to your shopping bag.
  • To proceed with your purchase simply go to your shopping bag, on the top right corner, and follow the steps to complete the purchase. If you are not yet registered, you can do so while in the checkout tab.
  • During the checkout process you must select the desired shipping method (standard or express), as well as the payment method you want to use.
  • At the end, be sure to confirm all order details. You will receive a confirmation email with your order.

  • Standard shipping - FREE - Delivery time up to 7 working days
  • Express shipping - 5€ - Delivery time from 24 to 48 hours (weekdays)

Portugal and Spain Insular (archipelagos of the Azores, Madeira, Baleares and Canarias)

  • Standard shipping - 15€ - Delivery time up to 7 working days
  • Express shipping - 25€ - Delivery time from 24 to 48 hours (weekdays)

Europe

  • Standard shipping - 15€ - Delivery time up to 7 working days
  • Express shipping - 25€ - Delivery time from 24 to 48 hours (weekdays)

How long will it take to receive my order?

The deadline for standard shipping varies between 2 and 3 days, reaching a maximum of 7 days (the time periods mentioned do not apply to the Azores and Madeira). As for express shipments it can take between 1 and 2 days (the time periods mentioned do not apply to the Azores and Madeira).

Can I follow the status of my order?

Yes, through your order history you can see the status of your order.

What kinds of payment methods can I use to do my online shopping?

We have the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and ATM Reference (Portugal only).

Can I request an invoice on behalf of a company?

Yes. Just fill in the details of the respective company in the billing field during the checkout order process.


EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, in any case these requests are subject to prior confirmation of stock. You should contact our customer service before send us the article back, so we can put the new article on hold for you.

How do I return a product?

To return you must complete the return form received with your order invoice. Articles should be in perfect condition and be sent to the following address:

How much time do I have to return a product?

All returns must be held within one (1) month from the date of the confirmation e-mail of shipment.

Do I have to pay to return a product?

Yes, all return costs are in charge of the customer.

How will I be refunded for the returned product?

Once the return has been approved – after receiving the returned product in perfect conditions and with internal tags – we will proceed with the refund via the same payment method that has the product has been paid.

How long will it take to be refunded for the returned product?

Once the refund has been approved, you will receive a return confirmation e-mail indicating the amount that will be credited to your account. It may take a few days but keep in mind that the allowance made to your credit card always depend on your bank and may take up to 14 business days.
