  • You can view the products in detail by clicking over the image. You can also read the thorough product description, the composition and the fitting. Then select your desired size and add it to your shopping bag.
  • To proceed with your purchase simply go to your shopping bag, on the top right corner, and follow the steps to complete the purchase. If you are not yet registered, you can do so while in the checkout tab.
  • During the checkout process you must select the desired shipping method (standard or express), as well as the payment method you want to use.
  • At the end, be sure to confirm all order details. You will receive a confirmation email with your order.

May the delivery country be different from the country of purchase?

When international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM (UTC/GMT +00:00) will begin processing on the following Monday. Melie Team will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.

Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.

About Refused Shipments:

If you refuse a shipment from Melie, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Melie. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Important information for USA and Australia:

At this time we aren’t accepting any exchanges and returns from countries outside of the UE. All taxes and duties are in charge of the costumer.

Can I request an invoice on behalf of a company?

Yes. Just fill in the details of the respective company in the billing field during the checkout order process.


Can I exchange a product?

Yes, in any case these requests are subject to prior confirmation of stock. You should contact our customer service before send us the article back, so we can put the new article on hold for you.

How do I return a product?

To return you must complete the return form received with your order invoice. Articles should be in perfect condition and be sent to the following address:

How much time do I have to return a product?

All returns must be held within one (1) month from the date of the confirmation e-mail of shipment.

Do I have to pay to return a product?

Yes, all return costs are in charge of the customer.

How will I be refunded for the returned product?

Once the return has been approved – after receiving the returned product in perfect conditions and with internal tags – we will proceed with the refund via the same payment method that has the product has been paid.

How long will it take to be refunded for the returned product?

Once the refund has been approved, you will receive a return confirmation e-mail indicating the amount that will be credited to your account. It may take a few days but keep in mind that the allowance made to your credit card always depend on your bank and may take up to 14 business days.
