Shipping policy

Select your shipping destination on our SHIPPING page to display the available options, charges and estimated time of arrival.

Product prices displayed are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable. All applicable taxes are calculated according to your shipping destination on the Checkout page. Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which as the recipient, you are liable for. Please check your local customs website for more information.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm (GMT). Orders placed on Friday after 3pm and on Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders are processed pending availability and payment verification.

Once we have confirmed your order, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to one of our delivery services.

We always do our best to ensure that your order will arrive on time without delays. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our shipping carriers. If your order hasn't arrived by the expected delivery date, get in touch with our Customer Services.
